Supa Sava's Savings bLog
A record of my coupon adventures

Publix Jan. 28, 2011

The haul at Publix was nice today. I had a rain check for the Kraft Homestyle Mac and Cheese so I got to pull that deal this week. Got a $1.00 off my Publix Hoagie Buns with a coupon for the meat plus a $.75 coupon from Target, and $1.00 my Publix Romane hearts with a Kraft Singles coupon. Both the sandwich meat and the Singles were on sale. The biggest savings was on the things like the Excedrine Migrane which was on sale for $2.99 and I had a $1.00 off each one. The A1 was B1G1 at $2 each. I had a competitor coupon (Target) and a manufacturer one on these. Made them $.74/each.  The French’s Mustard was $.94/each on sale, I had $.30 off which was doubled, made them $.24/each. The New York frozen bread was $1.64 and I had a $1.00 off, so $.64. And finally, the small red potatoes were on sale for $2.00 a bag and I had a $2.00 coupon, FREE FREE FREE!!!

Grocery total: $51.12

Coupons: $21.95

Total: $29.17
